Polygraph should report phase progress in the console log. Does it
report the phase goal 100+% satisfied? Any errors or warnings that keep
showing up on the console?
Reasons for longer-than-expected phase duration include inability to
freeze working set size (e.g., when WSS is large but cachable miss rate
is low) and inability to reach some of the servers (e.g., network
connectivity problems or configuration errors). The former should not
apply to your workload though.
If you cannot find the reason, please email your complete client and
server console logs.
