Yes. In fact it is the default. If there are no proxies configured
(with --proxy option or proxies PGL field), then Polygraph assumes
there is no proxy between robots and servers and formats requests
accordingly.

If you are trying to test a reverse proxy (a.k.a., web accelerator or
surrogate), please see WebAxe workload for an example of how to set
that up.
