Unfortunately, I do not think you can build Polygraph 2.8 on Windows
without extra work.

You have a few options, including:
- Use a supported OS such as Linux or FreeBSD.
FWIW, recent FreeBSD and a few Linux distributions can be installed
in about an hour, without much Unix knowledge. Perhaps you have a
friendly Unix person that can assist you on site?
- Try installing Cygwin environment on Windows and build
Polygraph under that Unix-like environment. I do not know how
difficult that would be.
- Wait for some kind person to post a W2K Polygraph binary or
otherwise share it with you. Please note that while making
Polygraph to compile on Windows should not take long, it does
not have a GUI interface and extra effort may be required to
make it perform as well as on Unix OSes. The latter is one of
the reasons we do not pre-make W2K binaries any more.
- Pay the Factory or somebody else to port Polygraph 2.8 to W2K,
with or without Windows-specific optimizations.
