Not sure what you mean by "getting TIME_WAIT in the polysrv". Please note
that you need to adjust the MSL knob of your TCP stack on Polygraph client
and server hosts. There are other OS-level tuning that may be necessary.

Note sure (will need to see console logs from both client and server
sides), but if you are getting many timeout errors, then Polygraph may
have trouble synchronizing phase schedule or even contacting all servers.
The latter is a precondition for quitting the warm-up phase.

Yes, see the URL above. As for Squid-side changes, you should not make any
changes that you will not be able to do on a production system. For
example, decreasing MSL to a few seconds is probably a bad idea on a
production box!

Most likely, Squid cannot talk to Polygraph servers because the
server-side OS is overwhelmed with traffic. See the URL above for OS
