Bundled docs for ease of download/offline use?

Is there a PDF version for the Reference Manual and Users Guide? My brain
does better absorbing new topics from hardcopy.

Since I couldn't find such a beast on the web site or in the source file,
is there a way to download the complete HTML file set for each? Or an
XML/SGML version?
