Sam,
You cannot compile Polygraph (and many other applications)
with bleeding-edge GCC (3.x). Last time we have tried, there were too
many changes to GCC that made old code fail to compile, while
requiring fixes that would break old GCC. Since vast majority of
Polygraph users still use GCC 2.x, we decided to wait until GCC 3.x
matures to avoid putting a lot of Polygraph code into #ifdef and
duplicating it for no good reason.
Please use GCC 2.x instead.
