PolyMix "as is" uses HTTP only. As any Polygraph workload, PolyMix can
be adjusted to use a mixture of HTTP and HTTPS (SSL/TLS). The latter
requires development version of Polygraph though.

We have received a few requests to support FTP, SMTP, and ICAP, but so
far, nobody was interested enough to co-sponsor that development.
