As you probably know,we use DummyNet feature of FreeBSD for
packet-level delays and loss. They say that NistNet is a
package with similar functionality for Linux. Unfortunately, I cannot
give you more specific instructions -- I have never used NistNet
myself. Try searching the Web and asking on your favorite Linux
mailing list, I guess.
If you do find how to configure NistNet to mimic PolyMix-4 WAN
simulation, please let me know so that we can post details on the
Polygraph site for other Linux fans to use.
