Based on recent IRCache statistics,
the top server receives 3.5% of all requests
the top 3 servers receive 7.8% of all requests
the top 10 servers receive 12.3% of all requests
the top 20 servers receive 15.8% of all requests
the top 50 servers receive 21.1% of all requests

I am sure there are better sources / studies to get this kind of
information from. The above is just one datapoint. However, it already
looks like, ideally, we need a distribution of server popularity
rather than a simple hot/warm division (which makes load balancing
among simulation hosts even more difficult).
