message 'stale object'

Hi all.

In our testbed, polyclt outputs "(c28) stale object" many times.
I cannot found description about such message in polygraph's pages.

What is it ? and what does it means ?
Is it race condition ?

It seems like "false hit". According to polygraph's page, that is not
a real error. Is "stale object" serious erorr ?
