Aka executable is compiled when you run "make" and is installed when
you run "make install". Polygraph versions prior to 2.6 (IIRC)
required running "make all" and did not have the installation option.

If you are using Polygraph 2.6 or 2.7:

Look in /usr/local/polygraph/bin/ if you did "make install"
and did not use --prefix option with ./configure when setting
        Polygraph up.

Look in PREFIX/bin/ if you did "make install" and did not use
        "--prefix PREFIX" option with ./configure

If you are using Polygraph 2.5 or earlier:

Look in polygraph/src/tools/ if you are running from the source tree
instead of making install OR if you are using Polygraph version 2.5 or
earlier.

Alex.
