You can use any percentage of peak request rate within the [10%,100%]
interval. The 75% specified in webaxe-4.pg is just an example. We
should split webaxe-4.pg into to files and replace all parameters with
undef(), just like we did with recent PolyMix workloads. You can
expect the changes along these lines in 2.7.2.
