Mean response time is computed as mean response time of all successful
HTTP transactions that completed within the corresponding stats cycle.
The "i-" lines are printed at the end of each cycle. The length of an
cycle is configurable using the --stats_cycle command line option
(default is 5sec).

Mean of X[i] measurements is, of course, the sum of X[i] divided by
the number of X[i].
