You can run two independent but identically configured tests. One
using "--proxy 10.1.0.1" option and another using "--proxy 10.1.0.2"
option. You can run the tests in parallel or sequentially, depending
on your needs and available hardware. Do not run more than one
Polygraph process per host if performance is important.

In the past, there were some requests for adding client-side routing
abilities to Polygraph (e.g., various findProxyForURL() algorithms),
but the interest was not sufficient to implement those features.
