What OS are you using? Have you patched your OS to support high
request levels? For FreeBSD tuning instructions, please go to
        http://www.measurement-factory.com/docs/FreeBSD/

You see, simple.pg uses "best-effort" request rate and can generate
1000 req/sec or more, depending on your OS and hardware. A general
purpose OS will choke on high request rates unless tuned.

You can modify simple.pg to produce a given request rate (add
appropriate req_rate field to Robot settings), but if you plan to use
the same OS for high-performance testing, you will have to tune the
kernel.
