Polygraph does not return such a response. It is generated by the
proxy. I do not know under what conditions the proxy will generate
such an error.
I suspect that, for some reason, the proxy cannot reach the servers OR
there is something in your setup that intercepts proxy requests and
returns "Not Found". Try checking proxy logs and changing Polygraph
server to listen on a different port. I saw a Windows setup where
requests to port 8080 were intercepted by some internal Windows
"daemon" (unknown to me), corrupting the test.
