where is the poly-2.5.4_rh-7.patch ?

I found in the mail archive that patch file needed to compile poly2.5.4 in redhat 7.0.

but in the source file I downloaded from polygraph.ircache.net doesn't include the patch file.

how can I get the file poly-2.5.4_rh-7.patch?
