Ilker,

        The phases table is a snapshot of the phase schedule. For each
phase the table lists name, various factors, goals, and flags. Phase
fields are documented at
    http://polygraph.ircache.net/doc/pgl/types.html#Pgl:Phase

The "i-dflt" lines are described at

(where the phase table is also mentioned)
