A phase won't finish after reaching synchornization point

Hi,

I wrote a simple workload as attached, but polyclt output (attached) shows
that the 2nd phase, "fill2", didn't finish even after "reached
synchronization point". I also tried to specify the goal of this phase by
fill_size & several durations, but "fill2" never finished. Any clue?
