Quick question:

An applicant for a Firefighter position indicates deception on his polygraph
examination but makes no confession.

What should the personnel department do? Should they decline his application
based upon the results from a single polygraphist? Or should the personnel
department request that another exam be administered by a different
examiner?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
