msl_test

I started the command below:

#msl_test -i fxp1 -s 10.100.1.1 -d 10.100.100.1 -p 8080
[got]:
Determing MSL of 10.100.100.1 ......

It never exited.
I checked that ping was working, netserver was running, /dev/bpf0
was in place and none of tcpdump/dhcpd was alive.
Does anyone have any clues?
