Polygraph can be configured to use pconns. Once can specify
for how long (time and/or #requests) a connection can be kept
open. PolyMix-2,3 workloads have pconns enabled.

Polygraph understands both HTTP/1.0 and 1.1 conventions. Polygraph uses
HTTP/1.0 when generating its headers.
