Polygraph 2.5.4 can.

No big changes should be required. You probably want to use polymix-2.pg
file from 2.5.4 distribution and create your own contents.pg file to
match the one in 2.2.9. If you use contents.pg from 2.5.4, you will get
URL "extensions" that were not available in 2.2.9.

Please keep in mind that if very accurate reproduction of the PolyMix-2
results is a must, you should use Polygraph 2.2.9. Subtle changes in
popularity model and other internal algorithms make 100% backward
compatability prohibitevely expensive.
