Yes. You are using the wrong version of Polygraph.
The first paragraph on http://polygraph.ircache.net/UserManual/csm/
says:
"Realistic HTML content simulation was introduced in Polygraph
2.5.1. This page has been synchronized with version 2.5.1."
Please use version 2.5.4 if you want to play with CSM.
