Yes. All IMS transactions are counted, regardless of the timestamp
value. A Robot will use a more recent timestamp for an IMS request when
it has enough information to generate such a timestamp. The percentage
of Time(0) IMS requests may decline in the beginning of the test while
Robots prime their "browser" caches.
