Polyclt server scan is completed too late.

Hi,
In my benchmarks with Polymix-2 (Polygraph 2.2.9 on Linux), Polyclt
server scan Sometimes completes too late and polysrv enters inc1 before
polyclt, Why?
Is the test valid?
