I did not realize you are using Linux. I've just tried polymon on our
Linux box, and it does not work for me either. Most likely, Linux
ncurses are not compatible with BSD ncurses, or the code is not using
ncurses in a compatible way.

My ncurses version on FreeBSD is "1.8.6/ache", according to ncurses.h.
We will look into porting polymon, but this will not be a hight priority
task. I wish there was something more portable than ncurses, but I do
not know of anything suitable for our purposes. If you have a FreeBSD
box, note that you can run polymon on any machine that can talk TCP to
the machine running udp2tcpd daemon.
