Popular wisdom varies on this. 10.5K was a figure arrived at by some
statistical analysis I did on a variety of proxy servers some years ago.
Now, either the character of our special end-user market has changed, or
the character of the web has, as checking the servers steadily over the
last year has given us a value of 4.25K, which I personally find very
odd.
