Adding more elements will indeed create more robots and will increase
request rate. However, you will not follow PolyMix-2 IP allocation rules
if you use this method.
To do it right, you have to create real (different) IP addresses, one
per robot. IP aliases are usually the best way to go. See
http://bakeoff.ircache.net/N02/howto.txt
for help with IP addresses for PolyMix-2 (sections 3 and 4).

While not a requirement for PolyMix-2, it is much better to have one PGL
file for all clients and servers. This will be a requirement for future
workloads.
