quick question about polygraph

Hi Alex,

Is there a way to make polygraph to generate different hit ratio
at different phases? like we want 40% hit ratio in top1 but 60% hit
ratio
in top2. I guess this may complicate the working set a bit,
but suppose we don't care about the strict 4-hr working set.
