Third bake-off location

Hi there,

        So far we have one semi-confirmed location for the next caching
bake-off: the Compaq team has proposed to host the bake-off in Texas for
the second time. Ideally, it would be better to vary the location.
However, we have no other proposals at this time and intend to use
Compaq's generous offer. If you have any objections, please let us know
ASAP.
