What workload are you using? If you are using simple.pg, try setting
SimpleContent.obj_life_cycle to StaticLifeCycle. The latter is defined
in workloads/include/content.h and is used by PolyMix workloads.
Some proxies require Expires/LMT headers to cache objects. Also, you
mmay want to check that all three machines have their clock in sync.
There was also a report about a proxy not being able to cache URLs
containing ':'. The reporter did not specify the proxy at fault though.
We never benchmarked Netscape Proxy Server, so I cannot give you any
Netscape specific instructions, unfortunately.
