We are preparing the benchmark for the L4 bakeoff/tests. We have
a couple of L4+ switches in our lab that we have been playing with. We
are now seeking more alpha testers.
If you are interested in your product being represented in these
alpha tests, please contact us. The test results will not be shared with
your competitors, of course. We simply want to check the software and
workloads against a variety of products before we make the first public
release.
While this message is intended to solicit "L4+ redirector"
devices, if you can donate/loan a nice fast router or other equipment
for the test bench, please let us know.
Participating at this stage gives you an advantage of being
exposed to the benchmark earlier, but is 100% optional. Bake-off and
other public test participation will be open to every company regardless
of the involvement in these tests.
