In general, you should try to use a single configuration file for both
clients and servers (and copy that file to all machines involved in the
test if needed).
As for your question, I am not sure what server parameter you are
talking about. Servers do not have req_rate setting. Phase schedules are
currently not important to servers, but, again, you should use a single
PGL file for all agents. The latter may be required in the future.
