Have you ever thought of making Polygraph suitable for doing benchmark
tests of stream splitting and stream caching serves???
There is a growing demand for stream splitting and caching servers with
an equally growing need for benchmark software.. There are already a
few stream splitting and stream caching serves available on the market
for which we don't have any tool to test them...
I do know that a 'traditional' Web caching-server is quite different
from a stream caching server (e.g. they are mostly not using HTTP but
RTSP or WMT). Also the objectives and the methode for measuring of a
stream caching servers are different from the traditional caching
servers..
