Client/Server synchronization

I am running polygraph 2.2.9 on FreeBSD 3.3, and I start running polysrv
about 3 min
before I run polyclt. What happens at the end of the experiment
(polymix-2.pg) is that
the server stops 3 min before the clients, leaving the clients with a load
of errors.
What am I doint wrong?
