Unfortunately, you cannot do that with Polygraph without modifying the
code. Polygraph is not currently capable of benchmarking origin servers;
Polygraph client requires a Polygraph server on the other end of the
[possibly proxied] connection.
This requirement enables many features essential for benchmarking
proxies and other intermediaries. Adding support for third-party origin
servers is on our TODO list, but it does not have a high priority at the
moment.
