How does one create a cacheable miss-only reproducible test?

We have a couple quick questions. We are using Web
Polygraph (ver 2.2.9) to test our web caching service.
Specifically:

How does one create a “cacheable miss-only”
reproducible test?

We experimented with the –world_id and -- rep_cachable
switches, but we get an “unknown option” error.

Likewise, we would like to be able to control the
number of unique objects in the simulated world, but
noticed –world_cap has been removed. Is there another
way to do this?

Thanks

Michael Boiko
