I have attached the file called "polyfill-2.pg". A polished version of
that workload will be included in the next Polygraph release.
Essentially, we want to use PolyMix-2 workload with the following
exceptions:

        - 100% cachable content
        - 5% recurrence ratio
        - best-effort request rate
        - no artificial delays

Please see whether the attached specs work for you.
