Polygraph on a Reverse Proxy

I am in the process of setting up Polygraph 2.2.3 to benchmark a proxy setup
in a reverse proxy mode. Has anybody done this before? Are there any
sample workload files available for a reverse proxy setup? Do I still
need to use -proxy flag on the client side?

Any info is greatly appreciated.
