This week, we have received many e-mails asking for details about
the registration for the second bake-off. To help vendors with the
registration process, we described the details on the Web at

We also updated the Rules of the bake-off to reflect the decisions made at
the meeting in Boulder and other changes:

If you attended the meeting or were following the discussions on this list
and our Web site, the Rules should have no big surprises for you. They are
mostly useful for new bake-off participants and for the "record". Please
let us know if there are any inconsistencies or bugs.
The second bake-off is two months away. The registrations are due on
November 25th. Judging by the number of pre-registration e-mails and
meeting attendance, we should see a wide variety of caching products and
vendors. Please register ASAP or encourage your favorite vendor(s) to bring
their products.
