This is most likely caused by binding to port below 1024. You must run
polysrv as a root if you want it to listen on "privileged" ports (e.g.
port 80). You do not list your command line options, so I am not 100%
sure it is a binding error. Recent versions of Poly print the location
of the error to assist in debugging the problem.
