Meaning of lines in the logfile

I have another question and I can't find the answer in the documentation.

What is the exact meaning of the entries in the logfile.

Ex:
 118.34 375| i-meas 375 6.98 62.50 0 9
or
 121.00 385| p-meas 385 4.98 52.07 150
